So far runs flawlessly with no errors! I recommend this motherboard to users who are new to the x58 Socket intel structure since it is very picky on the ram voltages etc.
Overall the motherboard is running rock solid using Liquid Cooling. This is the second mother board that I have boughten from Asus and would recoment their boeards to anyone building a computer. The only problem that I ran into is that the sata 6 ports are not recognized untill the driver is installed so you have to install a operating system befor Asus P6X58-E PRO Realtek Audio can youse them. A realy great feature that I like is the onboard bluetooth as I use a bluetooth mouse.
Anyone here with a ASUS P6X58-E PRO? For you X58 people.
The othe rthing that I like was when I installed the i7 processor, 3. Both the Gigabyte and this board were great until they started flaking out.

Checking customer reviews here and on other sites leaves me with the impression that the defect rate on these could be a bit on the high side. Likewise with all LGA boards. Amazon is sending me a replacement.

I've already made sure everything is connected right, etc. When a device is plugged in the PC clearly registers this in the Control Panel. However, no adjustments or driver updates, etc have made any difference.
No sound. I have rolled back drivers, updated drivers, uninstalled, reinstalled, all of that to no avail.
ASUS P6XE WS Motherboard Review
The only way I am able to register any sound on my PC at all is through a keyboard that I am not even using to type on that has Asus P6X58-E PRO Realtek Audio audio jack built into it. Nothing else works. At this point I'm hoping it's not a hardware problem but if it is, how can I narrow down which part is causing the problem?
